Mr. Serine graduated from Juniata College with an undergraduate degree in Politics and Business Management, and was a Teacher’s Assistant within the Business Department for multiple years.
He is an Alumnus of the Kline School of Law at Drexel University, where he was a Legal Research Assistant for the Trust & Estate Department Chair and involved in the Trial Advocacy Program.
As a solo Practitioner and Trial Attorney, Trevor personally handles cases at all levels of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, including Appeals. Trevor has successfully obtained awards or settlements for:

Of note, Trevor recently obtained an Appellate judgment in favor of his clients on a very complicated Property Law issue (Adverse Possession) which was appealed all the way to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
In addition to litigation, Trevor focuses on Estate planning, Cyber law, and small business representation, including contracts, IP, HR, PR, tax assessments, organization, and formation.
General Counsel Services:
Trevor acts as outside general counsel for numerous small businesses, ranging from: a professional trade show, several large recording studios, construction and crane companies, professional associations, a record label, an independent talent agent, numerous professional artists, and a smoothie bar. He recently crafted an intricate partnership agreement, commercial lease, and note/debt structuring agreements for a corporate client, who then retained him as its corporate counsel.
Trevor creates personalized Estate plans for his high-net wealth clients, as well as prepares and handles all types of Estate matters, including Will and Trust litigation. He recently represented a client in a unique and complex challenge to a ‘holographic will’ in New Jersey Appellate Court involving a multi-million dollar estate.
Cyber Law , Civil Rights, and Privacy:
Trevor uses his love of technology and his passion to preserve privacy rights to guide his clients on the future of Cyber law, Privacy law, and Constitutional law, and how they impact daily life and businesses. He is recognized by his peers as being one of the top Cyber Privacy Lawyers in the greater-Philadelphia area in 2019. He is a consultant and outside attorney for a Civil Rights NGO.
In 2017, he was unanimously elected as a Director of the Delaware County Bar Association (in addition to serving on several Committees, including the Civil Rules Committee), is a Liaison for his undergraduate Alumni Association, and active within his Law School Alumni Association.
Despite having a robust legal practice, Trevor is active throughout his community. Trevor is also a professional musician, singer/songwriter, and performing guitarist. He plays throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as a solo act, and with his band, All This Huxley. Their eponymous first album was released in March of 2017. Their second release, Home Stockholm, is out July 5, 2019.
This experience has given him a unique insight into the legal needs and wants of artists, labels, sound engineers, booking agents, and songwriters, which he has developed into streamlined legal services for independent musicians/artists as well as labels. Trevor’s adopted brother is also a professional artist and graphic designer, and has proven to be a valuable resource.
Trevor fell in love with traveling early in life, and has done so extensively throughout North America, East Asia, and Europe. He credits these experiences with having helped shape a broad and nuanced perspective of life. He knows a spot of Italian.
Trevor is also a sports fanatic, having played collegiate Rugby as a scrum-half and Captain of his collegiate Volleyball team. He remains active as a volleyball player and coach, and still competes in leagues and tournaments year-round. He is a rabid Flyers fan.
